Shipping

Yumbox ships within the US only. Standard Shipping is 4-6 business days. You will receive an email with tracking once your order is in the hands of a carrier. All Yumbox orders are fulfilled by an independent warehouse in Ohio. Orders are shipped primarily via USPS. Once your order ships, you will receive an email with tracking. Please note that Yumbox is not responsible for packages once they are marked as delivered by the carrier. If you have an issue with your shipment, please contact us at help@yumboxlunch.com

International Customers:

We do not ship internationallyPlease see our Retailer List for Yumbox near you. If you live outside of the US and purchased Yumbox while in the US or through a friend in the US, please note that we cannot make exchanges and we cannot issue refunds. 


Yumbox Warranty

Yumbox guarantees items purchased on www.yumboxlunch.com for a 1-year period from the date of purchase. Normal wear and tear, abuse or negligent care are not covered. Limited to customers within the US only. Please find Yumbox Warranty here.

Returns Policy

We hope that you are completely satisfied with your Yumbox products. If for some reason you are not satisfied, you can return your order within 30 days of purchase date for a full product-refund, shipping charges will not be refunded. Returned items must be in new and unused condition with original packaging. We do not accept returns of used products unless they have a manufacturer defect. Items that are damaged due to human misuse and gravity (i.e., dropped and broken) or damaged from regular wear & tear are not considered defective and are not eligible for refund. Please see Yumbox Warranty. If you suspect your item may be defective, please contact us at help@yumboxlunch.com with your order number and details of the suspected defect.

Promotional items. If your return brings your total order amount below the promotional offer, the promotional items should be returned. If you would like to keep the promotional items, the cost will be deducted from your refund.

Refunds and Returns

If you are within 30 days of purchase you may return your purchase for a refund provided it is in its original packaging and unused. Return postage is the customer's responsibility. We recommend using a traceable carrier. Yumbox is not responsible for unreceived returns. Items that are not received in original packaging may be subject to a $6 restocking fee. Used items that are not considered defective will not be refunded.
